ARB Europe Christmas Competition (prize competition)

Terms and conditions of entry.

1. The promoter is: ARB Europe s.r.o. whose registered office P3 Prague D1, Hala DC03, Kunice 227, 251 63 Kunice

2. The competition is open to residents of the European Union aged 18 years or over except employees of ARB Europe s.r.o. and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. The competition entry is subordinate to individual EU country legislations, depending on participants residence – it is the participants responsibility to abide by the law of their country of residence.

5. By entering this competition, a participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

6. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via https://www.facebook.com/arb4x4europe/.

7. The competition will be starting on décembre 1, 2023 at 18:00 am CET, ending on décembre 21, 2022 at 12:00 pm (23:59) CET. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

• Find the weekly post on ARB Europe FB profile regarding the ARB Christmas Competition within the valid time period, which will be mentioned in the post.
• Comment under the post image with an answer to the question, asked in the post.
• Participants have the option to answer the weekly question to enter the draw for a weekly prize. Each post will be marked with a different week number from 1 to 3:

Week 1: answers need to be entered from décembre 1 to décembre 7 2022.
Week 2: answers need to be entered from décembre 8 to décembre 14 2022.
Week 3: answers need to be entered from décembre 15 to décembre 21 2022.

Only the correct answers entered in the correct time period will enter the final draw, which will be organized every following Friday as follows:

• The draw for Week 1 will be carried out on décembre 8, 2022 between 10 am & 12 am CET
• The draw for Week 2 will be carried out on décembre 15, 2022 between 10 am & 12 am CET
• The draw for Week 3 will be carried out on décembre 22, 2022 between décembre 8, 2022 & décembre 8, 2022 CET

The weekly prices are stated in article 12.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12. The prizes are as follows:

• WEEK 1: 1x ARB ENSUITE ROOM W/ FLOOR ( product number: 814450 ), in the worth of RRP EU 374,70 EUR + CZ VAT
• WEEK 2: 1x ARB CAMPING CHAIR TABLE ( product number: 10500101 ), in the worth of RRP EU 122.65 EUR + CZ VAT
• WEEK 3: 1x SWAG SKYDOME SDS2 SINGLE ( product number: SDS102 ), in the worth of RRP EU 472,75 EUR + CZ VAT

13. The prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize will be presented only to one (1) winner from all entries on Facebook only.

14. A panel of judges appointed will choose the winning weekly entry by chance to receive the prize.

15. The winner will be notified via DM (direct message) on Facebook within 10 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

16. The winner will need to disclose their address & contact telephone number for delivery of the prize. The promoter will cover all delivery and taxation costs connected to the prize within the EU. All other taxation or import charge obligations of the winner, deriving from his/her country of residence, are his own responsibility & burden.

17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

19. The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by EU Law.

20. The weekly winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely for the purpose of the competition and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

21. The winner’s names will be available 10 days after closing date by emailing the following address: [email protected] .

22. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

23. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to ARB Europe s.r.o. and not to any other party.
