TÜV CERTIFIED STEALTHBAR

Bumpers are one of the most important parts of a vehicle for many reasons, primarily safety, therefore it is important to us that they pass rigorous testing and meet the highest standards.

This is why we’ve engaged with TÜV SÜD Auto Service, a world-renowned independent third-party testing authority to test our popular StealthBar and are proud to announce that we have passed all testing and received certification for Ford Ranger, Toyota Hilux and Jeep Gladiator JT.

This means that the StealthBar is now certified for use in Europe. Furthermore, Stealthbars for Toyota Hilux and Ford Ranger are certified for Pedestrian Safety (Emark).

BODY DESIGN

NACHO’s signature polycarbonate exoskeleton has been engineered to include Forced Air Induction and Light engine protection, whilst also being customizable and replaceable. The housing is engineered to maximize airflow, it channels air through the front of the light and efficiently exhausts it out the back, ensuring optimal cooling for enhanced performance.

BODY DESIGN

SIMPLIFIED MOUNTING

This true universal mount for the Grande is a patented mount system that allows you to surface mount your Grande on any tab or remove the provided surface mount and direct mount the light to any 1.5” tube.

PLUG & PLAY

Giving an easier fitting solution, this plug and play style light allows simple installation without all the usual hassle. Relays are built into the lights allowing you to run a lower power switch to a high-power light without concern.

WATERPROOF & DUSTPROOF

With an IP68 rating, NACHO lights are protected against dust ingress and water submersion, making conquering those river crossings, muddy trails, and dusty terrains that much easier. Our IP68-rated lights ensure that moisture and dirt stay out, allowing you to push the limits of your off-road vehicle without worrying about the performance or longevity of your lights.

ADJUSTABLE LIGHT MODES

Designed to work with the Output Control Module, the Tip 2 Chip method allows you to configure your light output by tapping on the side of the light with the provided sorcery wand. Program your light and select up to 3 different modes anytime you need them, with a tap on the side of the light.

QUALITY HARDWARE

NACHO uses chrome plated stainless steel hardware to prevent corrosion and galling, giving confidence in knowing that the hardware will go the distance.

POLYCARBONATE COVERS

The covers are engineered and designed to incorporate into the light housing, and made out of a high strength polycarbonate. The Grande comes with an Amber branded NACHO cover and a solid black ARB branded cover - other cover options are available as accessories, including Smoke, Clear, Black, and Amber.

VIBRATION RATED

When it comes to off roading, your lights need to withstand the toughest vibrations. That's why the Grande is engineered with J575 vibration rating, ensuring exceptional durability and performance on even the most punishing trails.

SURFACE MOUNT BRACKET

The surface mount bracket has been designed to last, constructed out of durable corrosion resistant stainless steel and finished with polyester UV protected black powder coat for added longevity.

USER CONTROLLED

The Grande features a module built into our light that allows you to program your light with multiple output settings, to your desired output or beam pattern. From High Intensity spots, to a low intensity area light, customize your light to your off roading lifestyle.

SMARTBAR UNDER VEHICLE ARMOUR (UVA)

When you’re looking for a way to increase protection of the vehicle underbody, SmartBar’s Under Vehicle Armour (UVA) is a great option and robust solution against the risk of damage when it comes to avoiding the consequences of rocky and tough terrains.

Manufactured from UV stabilised crosslink polymer that’s non-corrosive and offers superior heat resistance, UVA is and designed upon a deep rib structure to ensure its strength properties are carried across the entire protection panel.

UVA is currently available for Ford Ranger and Ford Everest.
