Land Rover Discovery Suspension

The Land Rover Discovery is a medium sized passenger wagon with extremely good off road capabilities, frequently used for weekend off road adventures.

With this in mind, OME engineers focussed on increasing ride height and wheel travel whilst controlling the mass of the vehicle over the full range of travel.

As well as a range of springs and shocks, providing ride height increases of 40mm (approximately), a variety of other components were developed to provide a comprehensive solution.

These include an upgraded steering damper to reduce the effect of wheel vibration and increase steering feel, a caster correction kit to maintain factory steering geometry specifications and trim packers to aid in fine tuning front and rear ride heights.
